Public Comment Period:
This project developed a coordinated public transit-human services transportation plan for the Bristol Bay Region of Alaska through a process that includes representatives from public, private, non-profit transportation services, human services providers, older adults, individuals with disabilities, and the general public. This project is sponsored by Aleknagik Tribal Council, Curyung Tribal Council, and Ekuk Village Council who are committed to planning for transit. This is the final report in the study for a coordinated transit plan. Included are all the findings and recommendations. The effective area covered by this plan includes the Native Village of Aleknagik, Curyung Tribal Council, and the Native Village of Ekuk.
A 30-day public comment period of the Draft Coordinated Transit Plan will begin on February 08, 2018-March 8, 2018.
The draft transit plan will be available for download at: www.bbna.com. Copies can also be made available upon request through the contact noted below.
