Located approximately 26 miles northeasterly of the village of Aleknagik, Alaska, on the south shore of an unnamed lake within Sections 4 & 5, T.7S, R.53W, Seward Meridian, Alaska. The land, which is rolling tundra rising to approximately 40 feet above the ordinary high water line, is vegetated with berry plants and scattered spruce and cottonwood. The soil profit consists of fibrous organics overlying silt, sand, peat, and gravel, with discontinuous permafrost. There are no utilities. The land is not road accessible. Access to the land would have to be by float plane in the summer months and ski plane or snowmobile during the winter months.
