LAND FOR SALE

U.S. Survey 6321, contains 159.98 acres.  Situated on the southerly end of the Nushagak Peninsula, Alaska.  Wheel planes could land on beaches nearby, but those beaches are separated by the tidal estuary and the stream, both of which are too deep to cross by foot.  The most practical access is by boat in the summer, but cannot be directly accessed by aircraft.  A wheel plane could land on a nearby beach and then boat or overland access would be needed.  Access in the winter is by snow machine or a ski plane.  There are no roads in the region.  Terrain is gently sloping and rolling downhill with the highest ground.  Vegetation consists of tundra, mosses, grasses, and low lying berry plants.  Best use of this land is determined to be private recreation use and subsistence activities.  No utilities available, no zoning, or taxes.
